Art Therapy + Yoga + Adlerian Psychotherapy
Curriculum created based on information gathered from literature review examining the factors that are effective for fostering healing in individuals who have experienced race-based traumatic stress. This curriculum combines elements from the 8-limbs of yoga (including: ethical guidelines, breathing practiced, and posture practices), art therapy, group therapy, and Adlerian psychotherapy.
